Shipping & returns

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to process and ship (unless it is a pre-order, in that case please allow 2-3 weeks). You will get notified by email and receive a tracking number as soon as we ship it! <3

We do not accept returns due to the fact that The Art Scents sells cosmetic products. For hygiene reasons, Returns are not permitted. If you encounter any issue with your order please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

What currency are prices in?

You have the option to browse our website in multiple currencies but once at checkout, transactions are in Canadian dollars. If you wish to pay in another currency, you can use Paypal or a credit card. 

when will I receive my package? 

There will be an estimated delivery date given to you by Post Canada but please keep in mind that it is only an estimation and we can not guarantee it. You will always be able to track your package at any time. 

What does it smell like?

We make sure to include notes and detailed scent descriptions for each product. You will find it in the description under the product image. 

How strong are the perfume oils?

Perfume oils age like wine, the longer you have them, the better! How strong the scent is all depends on its age, the heat of your body and cool/warm temperatures

Can I get a discount?

Yes! you can get a discount on your first order by simply signing up to our email list. You can also get free shipping in the US for orders over 80$USD and free shipping in Canada if you spend 99$CAD or more. 

Where do you ship from?

We are based in Canada, all orders ship out from Canada.

Taxes and duties for international 

If you reside outside of Canada, you may need to pay taxes and duty charges. The Art Scents is not responsible for these charges. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for such charges. Thank you!

What if my package is lost?

Please contact Post Canada as they are the only ones able to solve that issue. After your package is shipped, we are not in control of it anymore. You can reach out to them by phone, email or live chat.

What if I put in the wrong adress?

Don't panic, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to try and get your package redirected to the right address. Please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed and we may need to take it up with Post Canada.
